LANDSCAPE LIGHTING IN KATY, TX
Custom outdoor lighting design and installation from our Katy office
Katy Landscape Lighting by Light It Right
Light It Right designs and installs custom landscape and outdoor lighting for homes across Katy, Texas. Our office is at 1812 Avenue D, Suite 201 in Katy Station Business Park, so most Katy neighborhoods are a short drive from our design and installation team.
Every system is designed around your home, your trees and the way you use your yard after dark. We light the architecture, the oaks and crepe myrtles, the walkways and driveway, and the patio or pool where your family spends its evenings.
What We Light in Katy Homes
- Front elevations, columns, stone and stucco with soft up lighting and wall washing
- Live oaks and other mature trees with up lighting and tree-mounted moonlighting
- Paths, steps and driveways for safer walking after dark
- Patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and pools for evening entertaining
- Soffits and eaves, including color-changing options

Built to Last in Katy Weather
Katy summers are hot, storms roll through fast, and irrigation runs year round. We install low-voltage LED systems with solid brass and copper fixtures, stainless steel transformers with digital timers and photocells, and the hub wiring method, which keeps voltage even across every light.
Our fixtures and transformers carry a limited lifetime warranty, LED lamps carry a five-year warranty, and our LightKeeper 365 maintenance plan keeps them aimed, clean and working season after season.
Certified Designers, Local Service
Our team includes Certified Low Voltage Lighting Technicians trained through the Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals. Light It Right is owned by Trey and Heather Laird, whose family also owns Laird Landscaping, serving West Houston since 1982.
